In the 14 th Sino-US Ocean & Fishery Joint Working-Group Meeting held in Hangzhou , two sides reached a new cooperative research project in the area of Action of the Ocean on Global Climate Changes--Western Pacific and Indian Ocean Observing (Argo). Since then China began to follow the developing of the world Argo Program.
