The Tenth Argo Steering Team Meeting (AST-10) and the Third Argo Science Workshop would be held in March 21 – 28, 2009 in Hangzhou China.

       AST-10 is the annual AST meeting for reviewing the construction and maintenance of the global Argo Real-time observation array and the progress of float technology and data management after AST-10 and to find out problems and decide the way to solve them, thus to guarantee the successful implementation of the Argo Program.

        ASW-3 is going to summarize the achievements of Argo program since its implementation, in particular the results of the use of Argo data in oceanographic and climatological research and operational application so as to promote the wider use of Argo data to serve the social progress and economic development of the world.
