Funded by The Science and Technology Strategic Pilot Projects "Western Pacific Ocean System:Structure, Dynamics and Consequences", the first batch of HM2000 floats(10 floats) were deployed in the north Pacific western boundary basin from the RV Science during the period of voyage carried by the Institude of Oceanography,Chinese Academy.
