邢小罡,自然资源部第二海洋研究所研究员,博士。长期从事BGC-Argo浮标资料的质量控制与海洋生态动力学应用研究,国际BGC-Argo资料管理组成员,国际海洋研究科学委员会142工作组成员。先后主持国家自然科学基金2项、青岛海洋科学与技术试点国家实验室开放基金1项。已发表学术论文70余篇,其中第一作者论文29篇、第一作者SCI杂志论文14篇,论文总引用量1200余次。
